My computer bought is an old one. I recently bought a Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6570 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card and installed it. Things were going fine and one day, after some gaming, I put my pc into hibernation and after 1 hour or so, I came back and switched it on. Even though the fans and all powered up and lights came on in cpu, the monitor showed nothing. It was totally blank.

So, I started to unplug everything and checked again and again. Nothing came. When I showed it to one of the local service centers, they removed the graphics card, and plugged it to their monitor and everything worked fine. So, I came back and reconnected everything except the graphic card, but no response. So, I tested my monitor by connecting it to a laptop, and it worked fine.

What might be the problem?

Now, after I unplugged everything and reconnected it, I switched it on. With the graphic card installed, it restarts right after showing "starting wondows", the text, no logo. If there is no graphic card, then it'd do the same but there will be colorful lines running throughout the screen.

The BSOD appearing are "driver irql not less or equal" if I choose windows repair. and "page fault in non paged area" otherwise.

everytie, the "starting windows" text is shown but no logo. doesnt matter if there is card or not. what might be the problem?
