PC Stuck on Shutting Down Screen

Hello,

I am having a issue with my shut down.... when try to shut down my pc it gets endlessly stuck on the "Shutting Down" screen I have left it for over 12 hours with no change.

Let us know your system specs.

Sometimes, it takes a time to complete the installation of updates. But 12 hours is very long time. Do you have the installation disk or repair disk ?

Ram - Stock 8gb
