I had to install a malware remover after catching a trojan, which worked just fine, but when it asked me to restart the computer it will only start in recovery mode and stay stuck on the screen saying "Error C0000034 applying update operation 44 of 62501". If I press F8 when restarting all the options require me to log on as "adinistrator" (the spelling error worries me as well), and it will not accept the password. Have been unable to turn on the computer since without it either getting stuck or at the menus requiring "adinistrator" password. What should I do!
Hello and welcome mini now if that is the actual spelling it gives it makes me very suspicious of whether or not the copy of Windows you have is genuine even.
Now you could try this but you will need access to a friends machine to make the disk or stick I prefer the DVD myself Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 you will also have to set the BIOS boot option to the media you use for the boot up - DVD or a USB stick. Just power up and quickly put in the disk or stick and run it through it can takes a bit of time to do It does run in a non Windows environment so there will be no conflicts.
Just by the by just where did you get the machine??
