Pci cards and XP mode

Will pci cards such as ones for connecting CCTV cameras to a PC work in Win 7 XP mode.

To the best ok my knowledge no they will not. They are a hardware that talkes directly to the motherboard. when you use a vm it runs off a virtual motherboard and bios. not your main motherboard. If you got a usb based connector to connect your cameras they should work.

I know this isn't for xp mode, but it is a pretty basic rule for all vms,
