PCI data acquisition and signal processing controller dell win 7 x86

Hi:

I have a DELL Optiplex 3040 desktop can't open it because it's from a customer. Downgraded from x64 to x86 but the PCI data acquisition driver x32 can't be found, already check DELL, Intel websites.

Can anybody help me with this issue.

did you install all the chipset drivers on dell support page for the model computer? Support for OptiPlex 3040 | Dell US

x86 is 32bit.

Already install:

Chipset_Driver_THW37_WN32_4.0.4.51_A02_01.EXE

Chipset_Driver_320CP_WN32_10.1.1.9_A01.EXE

We tried to install Chipset_Driver_316K0_WN32_11.0.0.1167_A02_01.EXE but every time send the "fatal error at installation".
