Resource Monitor connecting to a remote computer?

ESS v4 is asking permission if i should allow Resource monitor to connect to a remote computer, is this like MS gathering system performance information ?

Probably not MS. I have ESS 4.x and it never has asked for permission for perfmon. I would think it might be something local. Do you have more than 1 machine on a network?

My bad its actually resource monitor, ESET just calls it Performance and Resource monitor, It asks permission to connect on a remote computer when I launch it from the task manager

Outbound traffic
Application : Resource and Performance Monitor
Remote computer : 224.0.0.252
Remote port 5355 (llmnr )

Im using full interactive mode, so even if its flagged as ok with Eset it still asks for user permission.
