Have you tried updating your graphics drivers? Also, you are running a custom theme. Try running the assessment without the custom theme installed and repatch the Windows theme files. Are you having any other problems with your pc?

Gpu Drivers are updated no other issues apart from i cant play bluray and my fingerprint scanner is not working but these stopped a while ago

This may help, run the steps outlined in this tutorial, Option Two, and reboot the system:

If that doesn't correct the issue, run it two or more times with a reboot between.
You may get this result:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired
them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
The system file repair changes will take effect after the next reboot.

Or a message that no integrity violations were found.
Or that Windows Resource Protection found errors it cannot repair, if so rerun the steps above.

   Note

This may destroy any custom themes you have

You can also try a system Restore to before this cropped up.

Yes i have but still nothing. They where working when i got the pc but i bought W7 Ultimate and installed it since then the bluray and the Fingerprint scanner stopped working (The pc was on W 7 home ) i think .
I have just done a health report to try and find my WEI issue

Try rebooting your computer and running it again. Do this 3-4 times.

It is in msconfig (start, type in msconfig, and press enter) Do not change the setting in there, unless it has been changed and needs to be changed back to normal.

I think that is ok. Try doing sfc/ scannow multiple times with reboots in between each run.

Nah no luck again keeps on comming up with this if i try and find the logs ,I will try multiple times though

Don't do nothing in there. I just want to see if things were changed. Some do make changes and get in trouble.

Try copying the log to your desktop, you should be able to open it then.
