Personilization Panel wont load any of my themes.

My personilazation panel has stopped working. Not sure when, but noticed yesterday. i go to the screen and all four icons on the bottom say "loading" but nothing ever loads. I can click on the icons and im directed to change the window colors etc, but the panel never loads the installed themes.

Well, you can try a System Restore but since you don't know when this started I am not sure if you will be successful.

Try run in cmd: sfc /scannow
