PFN list corrupt & irql not less or equal

Hi,

i'm having problems with my Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits since last Thursday. I even tried to reformat it a couple of times but the error is still in my computer. I also used Scandisk to check if there was a problem in the hd but it didn't notice anything. The problem that occurs is that a bluescreen appears, sometimes it restarsts the computer and others the bluescreen just stock in my screen. The error that appears when it restarts is the following:
