"Phoenix.exe has stopped working " error .. please help !

Hi everyone , I m using windows 7 , 64bit, i m getting this process crash every time, it repeats itself 10-15 times and then stops for a while and then again.

I searched a lot but, no result found

MS Essential not detecting anything..

please can somebody tell me if it is smthing fatal and how to fix his problem

there is screenshot of error in the attachment (one thing more my windows error reporting Que is building up like 100 mb a day)

i am unable to locate the source of this process - it is hidden

i checked the task manager, the startup, services , = phoenix .exe is not there

nw that is why i fear this being a miner, virus worm
