photoshop CS5 64 bit 0xc000007b error

I have PSD's on my desktop and they wont open. I get a 0xc000007b error when trying to open them. Photoshop 64bit also doesn't open and I get that same error. But when I go to the 32bit version photoshop then opens. How do I fix this?

See if PhotoShop has an update for 64bit Win7.
I have seen this in a lot of software geared towards 32bit systems and then later make a fix for 64 bit. Check it out and let us know.

This is probably due to you having a previous version of pphotoshop installed before. Such as CS4 ?? Uninstall everything... Make sure there is no adobe folder left in Program files.. both of them X86 etc.

Now open regedit and search for Adobe entries under HK local machine and delete them. Then try reinstalling CS5 -

Is this by chance the master suite?
