Today I have been having a problem with ram. Its cached 5-6gb/8gb. when usually its 2-4gb/8gb. Because that PC seems to be slower when I move mouse., mouse cursor seems to freeze for sec...

Is here any way to fix this problem.. also free memory has only been up to ~900mb today, when its usually ~2gb. And its not staying at it, its gonna be 0mb after few minute. I took ss after sleep mode.

SuperFetch doesn't reduce available RAM, only using otherwise unused RAM, keeping it available to be used for other things when needed and is not the cause of the problems your computer is having. If anything, it's helping it run faster.
