Play across Dual Monitor

Hi I have a friend with a little problem on Win7:
He has a dual monitor and wants to play a game across both of them, the problem is the option doesn't appear I think it might be the new driver he installed. I tried installing Hydravision which has an option to span across displays but it doesn't work can anyone help?


Here is the setup:
Os:Win7 Ultimate x86 RTM 7600
Graphic: Ati Radeon HD 4870
Cpu: Quad: Q9450
Driver: Catalyst 9.9
Display: Samsung 19" / Mitsubishi Diamond 22"


Btw: It works on WinXp.

Helps if the monitors/displays are the same size. Somehow with w 22" and a 79" (??, or is that suppose to be 19"), I just don't see it happening.

Nope doesn't work I don't understand it used to work on xp.

nah its not 79" XD
its a 19" lcd screen and a 22" crt screen.

Allright, because your original post said a 79" Samsung. Yeah, that's about the edge of my display ability, I've never had more than one monitor at a time.
