You would use Prime95 to check your CPU and a chkdsk for your HDD. I wouldn't say it's either one of them but it's worth a shot anyway.

Test your hardware using Prime95. Watch your machine's temps and stop the test if it starts to overheat. Let it run for up to 2 hours or until errors have been found.

Yeah, I've run Prime95 before because I unlocked my CPU and it was stable. chkdsk came up fine too. This is so weird.... Well, the issue hasn't happened as of late, so I suppose it's okay for now. Thank you for sticking with me on this issue!!
