Please help 3 BSoDs in 1 Day

Hello fellow debuggers.

I today recieved 3 different BSoDs and would love to get help solving them.

#1. I got BSoD when logging into Windows. My computer rebooted and started up later on without problems.

#2. I got this when I played a game and was going to quit. I pressed "Quit Game" and the same second I got BSoD with dxgmms1.sys

#3. I got my third BSoD when I was using "Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2" to get help with the first two BSoDs, lol.

So please help me locate and solve these last three BSoDs that I attached to this thread.

You have about 6 causes but more than half of them point to your video driver. I would do this.

1-re-install the video driver using these instructions.

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.


2- Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW

3- Update these drivers

How To Find Drivers:

- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

Hi and thank you for your help and quick answer.

I will use the sweeper soon and reinstall the graphic driver. But I already have the latest one I believe? Ill sweep and reinstall anyway.

On the SFC /SCANNOW I got the message

"Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log For example c:\windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log

The system file repair changes will take effects after the next reboot.

Ok I have now swept my old drivers and installed the new ones (even tho they were the same version).

I have now found the "ALSysIO64.sys" and it appears to be my Ethernet drivers. However on their homepage I press download and I get no .exe file. Instead I get files ending on .cat .inf .sys .DLL and .dll

What should I do with these files? Thanks in advance!

I did found another link featuring a .exe so I have now installed the driver "ALSysIO64.sys".

The other driver "Rt64win7.sys" is from a program I do not use anymore, so that BSoD must be an old one?

I have now done all the steps you asked me to.
