Hi everyone
please i need your help.
i have samsung laptop,model(NP-RF711),working perfectly well with SSHD,8GB memory,kaspersky 2014 internet security.
my problem is:
When i turn on my laptop,it runs normally until after login screen,when a (black screen with white arrow cursors),freeze for about 40 seconds(i can not do anything).
it took me about 2 and a half minutes to fully loaded to desktop.
when i first bought this hard drive SSHD,and installed windows7,with all windows updates,sp1,and all drivers are up to date,and all other programmes,i haven't got this (blback screen of error),i don't know how i got it.
i fully scanned my laptop with(kaspersky internet security,anti malware,antispyware),no problem found from any of these softwares.
but when i turned off the laptop it took 7 seconds(very fast).
if i want to format and reinstall windows7 and all the updates,(how can i be sure that i will never get the (black screen of death again?)
i went and start searching using (google,pcadvisor,seven forum,and other forums about the black screen error,still nothing worked.i am still getting the black screen of death
