Just crashed again within minutes, worst it has been, although the new error is MEMORY_MANAGEMENT never seen that one before - Memtest was run and no errors found

If I'm not mistaken, you have an older LT that doesn't look like its BIOS has been upgraded. I'm having a difficult time identifying the exact BIOS you need but you should be able to with the help of the link here:

Disabling drivers in Device Manager doesn't completely remove any chance of them causing problems. The proper way to do this is to:
- uninstall the software/drivers using Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
- then uninstall the device and drivers in Device Manager (right click...Uninstall)
- then physically remove the device from the system (you can also disable it in the BIOS, but that option isn't always present).
But, in this case, it appears that the network drivers weren't loaded in the most recent memory dump (but did load in the one prior to that).

Memory dumps don't point out anything in particular. That says (again) hardware - and a trip to the shop is in order. A new mobo runs $150 to $400 (US) for most laptops - and another $150 (roughly) for 2 hours of labor - if that's the case, then it's usually time for a new laptop.
