Please HELP. how to recovering encrypted files ESF without masterkey

I install a new window 7 and forget to backup the EFS certificate and key form windows xp, then now i can't decrypt or open the data.
someone can tell me how to decrypt or recover data , that data extreme important.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

How secure would it be if you could just unencrypt it?

Think about that.

If you don't have the key, it would take millions of years to decrypt it by brute force. Good luck with that.

Even if it could be decrypted, why would we tell you? Not like we can verify the data belongs to you.
