Are you using an 'en-us' version of windows or is it a chinese or russian version with an 'en-us' language pack installed? if you are then maybe the lang pack is playing up.

If it's not the above, check your 'Keyboards And Languages' settings are set to your correct location/language, this can be found in "Control Panel->Region And Language->Keyboards And Languages".
(Note: 'English (US)' has slightly different key setups to 'English (UK)' etc...)

my UAC is off as soon as i see the desktop, its so annoying, everytime you click something, do you want to run, bla bla bla.

If its malicious and you still click "Yes" its not really helping, it cant detect a virus. ITs just another verification check, useless.

If you want protection get AV, if you do run something, it will save you. Get FF with AdblockPlus, you wont ever see a malicious ad.

Use your common sense, FreeAntiVirus.exe or Windows8.exe, are obviously fake!
