I've problem with blue screen .. it's Hard to Fix it

i'm Trying .. But I can't Fix ..

And What Mean : Probably caused by : hardware ( nt!MiReleaseModifiedWriter+1 )

the solution is simple. Upgrade from XP to win 7. you have drivers from the year 2001. I cant even analyse the dmp I dont have the correct symbols
