pop up notification no sound

when i am using sofascore ( football live games), i just getting notification , without any sound.
Would you please help me out about.
Is there any possibility to do something in REGEDIT , for better result and sound for sofascore notification.

Hi Stevey-

Do you have sound in your game?

Right click on your desktop and select Personalize.

Select Sound.

If you scroll down in the Sounds window, is your game listed? If so, you might be able to change it there.
