Another guy posted a Firestrike run, he has his card hitting 1483 on the core. I can only push mine to 1306. I have been humbled

I bought a 2nd 7950 and it came in today. Of course i had to do a new benchmark .
This is my first run with a Xfire setup, more to come with some tweaking.

Any tips for increasing score while using crossfire? Never had a crossfire setup before and I'm like a kid in a candy store having a rig that can blow a Titan out of the water, as far as raw GPU power that is.:devil:

Very nice score SikMindZ, I think you are doing pretty well already. Have a look at Solar's score with 2x 7970's and I am pretty sure he overclocked the crap out of them to get his score. Your score is not a lot behind his and you are the model below that.

I have tweaked as far as i can and I've gotten within 4 points of solar. Hopefully one day I'll beat him.

Firestrike score: 12735

Both of my 7950's are clocked at 1150 core and 6ghz memory. I can get them both to 1170 but i get artifacts on occasion and this seems to be more reliable. I am extremely happy with my setup, even though it is an extreme power hog. Makes me mad that intel made the haswell refresh a z97 only processor. It's essentially my processor that isn't screwed up by faulty TIM applied and it greatly fixes the heat issues. I can't get mine above 4.2ghz due to heat concerns, If i go to 4.3 it's stable, but I get scared by the 80-90c it puts out. At 4.2 I never get above 75 in games.

Posting this for comparison between my two EVGA 680 FTW+ Cards in SLI and then my two soon to be installed EVGA Titan Black Superclocked Cards in SLI.

No OCing going on here presently. I'm wanting to compare the performance difference of stock clocks and set a base line. Will try for a higher score later on.

Not too shabby of an upgrade I'd say.

Looking forward to seeing what I can get OCing my CPU even more than I have in the past (hopefully - getting a Corsair H80i cooler on Monday) and seeing how high I can safely push these new cards.

Also, just wanted to add that these are first run test results, not cherry picked ones.

Got the Titan Blacks at stock clocks results in now. Bit of a bump in the numbers there.

Up to you if you want to post them on the board or not, as I'll be waiting on getting my H80i before seeing what I can get with my components OCed.

OK, first somewhat modest attempt at a decent stable OC. (This may be what I use for my daily OC rates.) Will try and up it from here for our enjoyment of the benches.

Did a 9 percent overclock increase on my GPU (clock speed from 1070 to 1150) and got these results....



Using Catalyst 14.7 RC2 drivers. No other overclocks (yet)
