The only other difference I can see betweeen the Deluxe and the pro version is the deluxe has an extra powered esata port on the rear and dual lans. I'm reallt not sure of the purpose of dual lans except its good to have an extra. You won't get better internet speed by hooking both up to a router, like I've seen said here. Also, pcie 3.0 doubles the bandwidth of pcie 2.0, so with an Ivy Bridge CPU an X8 lane is the same as an X16 lane now. Until they come out with cards that can actually max the pcie 3.0 standard, it really dosen't matter. from what I've seen, the new AMD 7000 serise cards say they are pcie 3.0 but still are not fast enough to max out a pcie 2.0 X16 lane.
