Printer only prints 1 copy of document, even when I put 2 copies

Hello, my printer is only printing 1 copy of a document, webpage, excel file, etc.

It doesn't matter what I print, when I select to print, I get the box to change the quantity, but no matter what I put in there, it always just prints one copy.

It will print all the pages of a document, but just 1 copy.

Any idea what I can do here?

Hi xmrkite. what brand/model printer is it?

Otherwise post the details and we'll see what we can find.

It's an HP laser jet 1300. i will try this when I get back to the office and report back. I have the printer shared and the other user has the same issue. Do you think this will fix it for her or should I make the same change on her computer?

Not sure but suggest change on your system first and get her to test if fixed.
if not then look to make similar change on her system if that's possible.
