Printer search window does not appear

Hello,

When you usually try to map a network printer, you go to: Devices & Printers --> Add printer --> Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer. At that point, usually a window should appear, where Windows is searching for printers automatically.
Well, I don't get that window. I get directly the attached window. Usually, you get to my attached window ONLY after you click "The printer that I want isn't listed".
Why is the usual window not appearing on my PC?

You might want to check the bottom block where it says to enter the ip address.

I am missing the attached window (screenshot taken from Youtube, since I don't get it on my own PC).

you might have to wait before it completes searching. or you could manually go the network>user and install the printer directly from there.
