Printer is Lexmark X-6675 had been on Win 7 machine, working OK.
A couple of days ago I scanned something and printed it out. I then went to Microsoft Works 9 to print a cover page and it would not print. Tried to cancel print job but no can do. Rebooted and when Windows was finished booting the cover page printed without my doing anything.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled hardware and software. It will not print any word processing , Wordpad, Notepad Acrobat. BUT "sometimes" it will print a black and white scan.
It will not cancel the 1st print job in queue BUT will cancel any others.
I fired up the old XP machine and installed the drivers there and it worked fine.
Where might my problem be in Windows?
