Printer:
I have no problems printing coupons while on-line.
However, my wife, cannot print anything on-line.
Any suggestions?

Not to be trite, but does she know how?
Is she using a networked printer? Is this on a network/home group or locally attached?
If more than one computer is involved, what OS's are installed.
Most coupon deals need a "coupon printer" software to function, which I personally think is spyware.

Reason I asked is I have to show my wife how to print every time. Open Contol panel, Devices and printers. Right click the printer icon then troublehoot, follow the instructions.

If you are using more than one computer, you may need to install the printer driver on your wife's computer as well.
