Printing via network problem

Hi Crew,
Im looking for help as to why my printer (Canon MG5350), which is connected via wireless to my laptop (Toshiba with Windows Vista), wont print until the laptop is restarted? I have had Canon confirm with me the 2 are communicating but it seems as though the computer wont allow the printing to commence. Thanks in advance. DiShark.

Check the printer print que and make sure it is not set to "Pause Printing" or "Use Printer Offline".
