Problem after suspending and hibernating

I have used Windows 7 for about two weeks and everything has been going well, but...

The problem is when I try to suspend or hibernate my laptop. When my laptop "wakes up", shows me the screen and all the applications that I was working with, but after a couple of minutes, it gets frozen and even if I wait, the frozen screen remains.

What can I do?? Last week I updaded the Windows Update in order to solve the problem, but nothing happen.

Try disabling Hybrid sleep (http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/22867-windows-does-not-start-after-sleep.html) and see if that helps.
