Solved|Problem - Audio Devices Disappear (video inside)

When i press "Playback Devices" \ "Recording Devices"
I can see my devices for a split second.
then they disappear. really weird problem
is there a solution ?

How can i fix that?

fixed it.
Start --> Run... --> msconfig --> startup --> Disable All --> ok --> Restart your computer.
