I think your first step should be to scan for malware as it is possible you have an infestation.

I recommend that you run Disk CleanUp or cCleaner to remove temporary files as this will reduce scanning times by security software.

Boot the computer to safe mode with networking and download and install Malwarebytes (freeware version for home users only), update definitions and run in safe mode. Disable other security software whilst you are doing scans.

I have malwarebytes on my laptop, one of the first things aftermarket that I put on pc's. But your saying that I should run it in safe mode even though I've had it running normally this whole time?

Malwarebytes is basically an on-demand scanner, though the paid version comes with a real time protection mechanism too. There is no doubt that is is one of the best scanners, and the scan works much better in safe mode.

Harribo2014 thinks it may be caused by a virus/malware. Taking the consequent of the bugcheck 0x6B, a safe mode scan (or even a bootable scan; like Windows Defender Offline) will do a better job than a normal scan. Because the target area of the scan will be the boot sector in this case.

LOST...I have no clue as to all the instructions on the links you provided. I think I'm making more out of it than i should just cause I am not familiar with those programs. But to start off I'm getting that I can't make the iso on the pc that I'm having the issue with? So that pretty much leaves me on a hunt for a stranger with a pc that is proven free of any issues because the issue is on my laptop and that is the only access I have to make the iso for now.

If you are not a bit of computer savvy, you will be lost while trying new things. But unfortunately there is no shortcut.

About clues .... give a time to the tutorials. Read them. Those are written in such a way that computer noobs can go through those step by step. But without reading properly, you will be lost.

If you still cannot do it yourself, get it done by someone who can.

I ran the ccleaner and it's full of stuff either in the clean up part or the registry part and also a whole list of programs installed, a few I could give two cents about for example cyberdvd or whatever that crap program is called. Is there a way to copy the list to a text file and post it here in hopes that someone could tell me what all the registry entries are before I actually clean them? I would hate to clean them if they dont need to be cleaned or will damage the registry as it's supposed to be.

Most of the time registry cleaners won't do much harm, they will generally delete registries of programs that have been uninstalled. They also contain registries for the setup installation of programs that are no longer needed. However I don't like to use registry cleaners unless I really have to as they can cause more harm than good by deleting registries that are necessary for Windows to function properly.

I have to agree with Arc in that I think it's either a virus or a a hard drive issue.

You should be able to save the results as a .txt file. Isn't there a button? I've used Ccleaner before but it was a long time ago.

Here is a copy of the registry issues found while performing the scan. I don't want to click the option to clean it before I have a FOR SURE explanation of what I'm cleaning just in case. Would someone be kind enough to explain these to me. Thank you.
