Hello all,

I had windows 8 installed on my PC, everything's was fine except that system was getting slow, so I decided to install windows 7, as I didn't like 8.

Now I have no internet connection, it says "Install a driver for your network adapter".

I am also missing some other drivers, in Device Manager under Other devices it looks like this:
Ethernet Controller
PCI Simple Communications Controller
SM Bus Controller
Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller

When I right-click and choose Properties, it does not give extra information, neither under General nor under Details.

I'm desperate to find a solution, I've been reading forums for a solution for an hour now, people seem to get this very same error, however,
I don't know what drivers I should download.

I do have internet connection, I'm using the same connection right now.

This has never occured to me before.

Thank you for any help in advance.

PS: my motherboard is gigabyte G31M-ES2L

i meant the chipset install

i guess its maybe because of the version was 32bit, trying to install win7 64bit now and then do the driver updates
