So my cousin's laptop wont connect to the internet, and I cant seem to fix it. The driver for the network adapter seems to be missing. I tried downloading the driver from intel's website (I'm not very computer savvy), to no avail. He has an Acer Aspire 5349-2620, SNID 15204499276. Attached is an image of what's indicated when I try to troubleshoot the problem. Any help is appreciated!
