Well, i'll just explain what happened to me, i got a new rtx 2060, so i started dismounting my gtx 970 normally, then plugged the rtx into the pci express and put the cables from the PSU, and well, then my pc didn't want to turn on, not making any sound, i decided to unplug everything from the graphic card and still didnt work (idk why cuz i was playing before changing it from 970 to 2060) the light of the motherboard is on but it won't power on the pc, already tried unplugging all cables and plugging them, inspected the power supply and it is supposed to work, cuz i did the bridge on it and it ran... i don't know what to do, please some help

Welcome to the Forum.

Did you unplug the power supply cord from the wall outlet before you took out the card?
Do you have a MB speaker to hear the bip during POST?
What Power Supply you have?

Did you check the memories. It is very important that you unplug the power supply cord from the wall outlet before you remove or insert any memory or card.

Normally the PS has a switch. Did you see if it's on?
What is the power of your PS? (600W?)

Right behind your ps2 port is a motherboard 8-pin power connector. Make sure its plugged in firmly AND that the cable is oriented correctly. Contrary to its design, it is indeed possible to put the cable in backwards. Be sure there is nothing metal anywhere on top of or underneath the motherboard, like a screw came loose and is under the board for instance. Unlug the power supply and remove the bios battery for 30 seconds then put it back in, is something else to try.

Your motherboard has three onboard graphics ports. Have you tried removing the video card and using just the onboard graphics?
