Computer Won't Turn Off After Shutting Down

On one of my four Windows 7 machines that are all identical. On one of the machines if I shut down the machine it goes through the shutting down process showing the shutting down screen and then screen as expected goes black, however the off/on light stays lit.

If I hold power power button down for about 4 seconds the light goes out and apart from the above the machine works well.
I was wondering if other users had encountered similar issues.
