Problem: Shut down unexpectedly all the time

My computer is acting very strange lately I have Windows 7 and its shutting down unexpectedly at all the time and I'm so frustrated and I do not know what to do with it, I have read couple of posts and able to gather msinfo32.nfo file and I'm attaching with this thread

Ok mate can you get into safe mode if so run these if you haven't already

if no go go into a reboot and then run these

NB SFC best run for about three runs
SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
Malwarebytes | Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium
AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
(NB If one is running Kaspersky security it may rant about ADW - just ignore it or disable Kaspersky while the ADW is being used)


Just an observation I see you have McAfee at very least disable it or in my humble opinion get rid of it and get something else in it's place as I have used it in the distant past and it was crap then and still is.

Edit: I see in the msinfo32 files there are two problem devices - any reason?? see pic

Thanks for your reply.
I able to go to SAFE mode and run the "SFC /scannow" and it ran till 30% and then I got the blue screen and started beeping so i have to unplug the computer and wait and start again most of the time I see blank screen even thought my computer is ON and sometimes I see the windows sign but its frozen does not do anything.

At this point I'm thinking do I need to replace the hard-drive or the Computer? I have DELL XPS 9100 its 2012 16 GB RAM 1TB harddrive.

Any advice please?

PS: I could not able to install the anti-spyware because I'm unable to log-in to the computer.

when I run diagnosed by pressing F12 I get the following message:

Running MATS Test
Testing
Test Results : System Error
Error Code 2000-0123

Ah now what I/we want you to do is this seeing as you have mentioned memory because it would explain a few things
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html < this is the only memory test we recommedn to use
Now there are a few rules
1 you will se you need to make a bootable disk
2 it will need running for AT LEAST 8 PASSES and any less and you may as well not bother - having said that if errors as per example pic come up you can stop the test
3 if you find errors each stick of RAM that you have will have to be retested again to find the bad stick (from your specs looks like 3?) .
4 if no errors come up using say slot one for the sticks then you will need to do the same in slot two and so on because it can occasionally be a bad slot but unusual.

The test takes a fair while to run and does not need to boot into Windows to run and most folks find if errors do not come up quickly best left running overnight.
