Hello everyone, I would really appreciate your help with an annoying graphics problem I've been having. I'm no expert on computer error codes but I've been having video hardware errors recently with the following error codes after my PC crashes:

This is a VIDEO_TDR_ERROR if I remember correctly, I don't have my resources at hand at the moment. There are a fair few troubleshooting steps to try as it could be down to a number of possible problems. First and foremost can you follow the instructions in the link below please.
