Problem starting up after using samsing recovery basic recovery

After using samsung recovery, my computer won' t start properly. In normal mode it crashes immediately after loadin my background and desktop items. It shows a blue screen ( see image) and then will restart itself, giving me the option to start windows normally or in safe mode. I have tried safe mode, and that works slightly better. It doesn't crash all by itself before I even do anything. But it also won't open most programs properly ( like windows explorer). So I can't actually do something in safe mode. After I open a more advanced program ( like Chrome) it will crash again the same way as before. Can someone help me wih this?

P.S.: I am wriing this on my mobile phone, so please forgive me for any typos.
