I'm trying to rid my wife's laptop of the W10 updates. I found 4 that were listed here as 10-related. I uninstalled them, but the computer is stuck on the Preparing To Configure Windows operation. It won't shut down. Been stuck for about an hour. I uninstalled these updates on other computers so what could be going on?
