I used MDADiag tool to generate the report shown in the attachment. The report did not allow copy so I cut and pasted the graphic. The report also generated the error "failed to create output files" shown below the report. Here's the history of my OS versions:
- Dell Inspiron came with Vista
- I updated to seven pro a couple of years ago using an OEM disk purchased from Amazon
- The computer has been running happily with 7 Pro
- I had mucho problems upgrading to Windows 10 with lots of starts and non-finishes
- I finally got Ten to install after saving my data and doing a clean install using the Windows 7 Pro OEM disk, but it says that I need to activate my copy. Ten is running fine now
