From Last Week i am having some problems while watching videos.

The problem is both in the audio as well as the video.
Are there any tests to determine the problem?

Need more info than trouble with HD video Win 7 as theres too many possible causes.
Lets try to narrow it down a bit.

What type of problem?
What type of video is it? BluRay,file, streaming?
If a file, what did you make it with or where did it come from?
What software are you using to watch it?

We download a lot of TV shows and although they are quite often labeled as HD that is not what arrives. Those network downloads seem to adjust for the available bandwidth. When we download from Dish, quite often it will start two downloads, one fast and nasty 120-200MB and one HD 750MB-iGB. I know little about video but I have the feeling it takes huge bandwidth to get true HD. We usually try to clean them up a bit with conversion but I suspect that is really mostly a case of "garbage in, slightly less smelly garbage out".

buddy the problem is with your player, or maybe with your computer spec. tell me your cpu, graphic card and ram values, then check other player. get jet audio from the link below:
JetAudio

And you didn't tell me the name of the movie,if it is good we get that too ;)

you dont have a high system, using win xp will help u to reduce your graphic memory usage and u can do better.
also check your startup programs and close any non-necessary programs,(use "msconfig" in run) and check ur system for viruses...

Hardware Acceleration is the best bet but since that is out of the question, you may try other software based methods.
For example, try with Windows Media Player using FFDShow (Shark007 Codec pack)

Sometimes this can help in a situation like yours. But it may simply be that your computer can not keep up with it.
