Anyone here had experienced while using Firefox as a browser and you're in a forum typing something when all of a sudden enterfactory opens a new tab, not just one but two tabs? I'm not sure if the system was infected with a rootkit or spyware of some sort. It happened thrice already today. I'm not sure what causes it even after looking for the addons and plugins installed in Firefox. Funny though, it doesn't happen on this forum. Also, the cursor blinks when it's pointing on the browser. Btw, I'm using the latest beta of Firefox 7.

Never seen the problem but I also do use the beta version of Firefox.

You could uninstall the beta, reboot your computer, install the latest non-beta version and see if the problem gone.

Not sure if it got something to do with the site itself, but apparently it's some site's way of mocking lol. I'm not too sure though. I've seen it in two sites already -- isohunt.com and pspiso.com. When you're typing something trying post a message then all of a sudden two tabs would open revealing enterfactory's page (pspiso.com); and on worst cases a new page would open on the same page where I was on (isohunt.com).

@ters What sites have you been visiting when experiencing such issues? I only experienced it before when I enter pspiso.com and isohunt.com but it's fine on both sites now. I'm thinking it's got something to do with the site itself. Must be a rootkit / adware embedded to the site perhaps. .
