Problem with audio & graphics Drivers

Hello guys ,

i have this problem i make a full reinstall of the windows on my computer cuz i was ahveing some probelms with my Lan card . Anyways after i format the disc and i install the windows ( Win 7 ultimate x64) i put the drivers of my motherboard (P7p55d le ) and my Graphic card ( ATI HD5850 black Edition) . So the problem is
i download a game (not so heavy about graphics, the game is Smite) when i load the game was saying it was missing a file xinput1_3.dll so i search it at google for solutions and i download the Direct x9 . after i restart my pc and i load the game all was working fine but after 20 minutes the sound start be robotic and my graphics start being slow and was a little bit frezzing. Plus when i start Skype i got this dialog message

I have try this : I download the direct x9 from the microsoft page
I try to update the the latest directx (Direct x11) but it doesnt let me to install it.
I update my driver of graphic card (again) even to the beta drivers
I test all the hardware (Ram / Ok , Greaphic card / ok , HDD / ok ,Motherboard / ok)
now i think to take all the system32 from my other pc and copy to the broken one probably will not work but idk waht else to do :/

Well direct x11 if don't let you install would means that you graphic card fammilly don't support .My pc has direct x 10.You could not take a system 32 from your old pc - even if you create a backup file or image -and i tell you becouse if are not the same harware - they could cause you a big crash.Wait and if you send me on the pm your email or facebook or teamviewer i could load you a driver genius program that i use to fix all the pc.
