Problem with my Graphic card

hello,
i need help with my graphic card setting. i have a Casper (window7 home basic 64bit ith 4gb of Ram)with 1 1gb og video memory but it said 65mb of video memory...then ım facing problem playing games like fifa and pes with the highest quality...that why i bought that computer ..ıts a notebook by the way...thanks for your help

For starters the words "notebook" and "highest quality" starts the alarm bells ringing.

Is it a gaming laptop or is it just a regular notebook?

What's the model?
What gpu doe's it have?
Cpu?
