Problem With User Accounts

So I accidentally changed my computers SID :D and my system created a new user account "Taylor-TaylorPC" Where my old username was Taylor and my computer name is TaylorPC. It locked me out of my old user folder, so I can't access my files. What should I do? If there's no solution, how can I back up the files if I can't access them?

I am assuming that the new user has administrator access - assuming this you should be able to right click on the old user name folder under c:\users and use properties - advanced - and ownership to take ownership of the folder tree

This should allow yyou to ceess the folders and contents (if UAC is active you may find that it asks for elevation )

Without Administrator access things are possible but will be a lot more difficult

No matter what I do, take ownership, whatever, it says Access is denied. I can't even create a new User Account, it always says my name is invalid. No caps, no spaces, only letters.

EDIT:
I can't turn on the Administrator account either, says there's an error when I use CMD.

Hello Frizkie,

You might see if doing a system restore at boot using a restore point dated before you have this error may be able to fix it for you.

Hope this helps,
Shawn
