On the start i want to say hi everyone because i'm new

I have problem with my pc. when I'm connected to the internet by my wifi card atheros ar5007eg integrated on the mobo ASUS P5B-MX/WiFi AP and I try to open the ie8 or mozilla the pc getting stuck, system not responding and finally the BSOD appear and system is reboot itself at each time when I try to work with internet. when pc was on wire connect this happened rarely. when there's no connect to the internet the pc works stable. the guy from which I bought the pc said that the problem is in incompatible wifi card with the router which I take the internet (but I don't know what is this router - I haven't acces to it). but I hear that this kind of incompatibility appears rarely, and if even appear shouldn't cause BSOD. I put a screen from bsview. I read that the bccode 124 means that there's something wrong with hardware. the system & hdd is okay - I testing pc on two hdd's and systems and was the same problem on both. i think RAM is okay - memtest doesn't show any problems. I have no viruses and other shit. I think that the problem is with wifi card or motherboard. additionally I put the screen from CPUID Hardware Monitor.
My hardware is:
Mobo: Asus P5B-MX/WI-FI AP FSB 1066MHz
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2,40GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT 512MB
HDD: Samsung HD502IJ 500GB
RAM: 2x2048MB GoodRAM DDR3
DVD: TSST corp CDDVDW SH-S202N
PSU: IBOX LION 605 500W

Please help

Without addressing the network problem, your CPU core temps are way higher than they should be, if these are idle temps they are way too hot, even under normal loads they should not be getting quite that high. I'd say that your system has been overheating which will cause crashes and all sorts of other problems.

The first thing I would do is to replace the TIM "thermal interface material" under your heatsink for the CPU. Also make sure that CPU's heat sink fan is working. Too much dust around the CPU fan will also make this happen.

I think the CPU's fan working correctly. As to the CPU's temperature I've tested it by CPUID HM as you could see under the hard conditions like somebody told me. So I launched the HEROES V, FL Studio which eat my CPU and some other apps and the results are above. but often when I work with 2-3apps like winamp, bestplayer or ie, the on board buzzer starts buzzing when the temperature inside PC cross the 38*C

When was the last time you cleaned the inside well. These machines are just big air purifiers with all the dust being deposited inside and on the fans them selves. Cable management can also help with air flow, plus as mentioned a re application of a better thermal compound and even adding a better cooler and fan will help.
