Asus MB
AMD Processor
64 Bit Windows 7
I setup my wife's PC with the OS on an SSD (C) and her data on a separate HD (D,) I did this using sysprep when I first setup the system so I could backup the OS and data drives separately.
I subsequently decided to create a software RAID 1 of the data drive in addition to regular backups.
Her PC is about 6 years old and has recently developed some problems. In addition, I accidentally found out that the RAID 1 has failed. There is a notice when I bring up disk management. "Failed redundancy."
I want to find out which disk has a problem and I attempted to try and read them using another PC but neither of the drives is readable. They only show up as dynamic disks.
I have backed up the data prior to removing the disks.
What I want to do is revert to basic disks or at the least, just use one disk.
How can I make both disks readable in another PC so I can identify which disk has the latest data on it.
I also want to be able to put the disk back in her PC,
Thanks
