Probleme white windows 7 realtek Network

Hello


I installed Windows 7 Ultimate

the problem with the port and Realtek 8111C

because I want to connect my pc with a crossover cable with a DREAMBOX 500s

I download the driver from Realtek 8111C is compatible with Windows 7 after the site
My motherboard:

but the problem it does not connect

Operating mode has its good with windows XP and it works well but with windows 7 it does not even detect

Could be a Driver issue try Rolling Back the Network driver or uninstall it and reinstall using Realtek drivers not Microsoft ones. I had an issue where my network adapter was disabled by a Microsoft update a driver roll back fixed it.
