Problems updating drivers windows 7 64 bit

Hi, I have a custom built computer (GA-F2A85X-UP4 AMD A10-5800k) and had to reinstall windows. I was able to get all drivers from Gigabyte website but I still cannot use them to update USB. I get an error message stating "windows has found the files for the drivers but it cannot install..." Any suggestions?

Are you sure the files you downloaded are x64 compatible?

Yes, i got them from (GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket FM2 - GA-F2A85X-UP4 (rev. 1.0)) and you have to enter that you have windows 7 x64 before it gives you the drivers.

Two threads of similar issue is unnecessary. I have already put a suggestion on other one:

In device manager try right click - update - browse and point to USB driver folder.

Also, try right clicking the exe and run as admin
