Solved Problems with internet access

Had this problem the last few days and have tried everything I can think of.
When I open the internet browser (Internet Explorer 11) it may or may not
open a website and then stops working, no message comes up just the spinning
blue "O". I have checked all the cables in and out of the router and all is ok.
all the lights on the router are green.
I don't know if the problem is in the browser or my internet provider (AOL).
I did phone AOL yesterday and they did a test on my line and found no problems.
The computer is now in Safe Mode-with internet access and everything works.
I just don't know where to go from here.
Any help will be appreciated.

After using Start and typing msconfig
Post screen shots of the Startup section,
Go to the Services section and check the box on the bottom left to Hide all Microsoft services,
Then take more screen shots,

Thanks, I tried the clean boot but still no internet access except in safe mode. Any more ideas?

You may have adware that 'spyhunter' will not detect....
Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save to your Desktop.

• Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
  Vista/Windows 7/8 users right-click and select Run As Administrator.
• Click on the Scan button.
• AdwCleaner will begin...be patient as the scan may take some time to complete.
• After the scan has finished, click on the Report button...a logfile (AdwCleaner[R#].txt) will open in Notepad for review (where the largest value of # represents the most recent report).
• The contents of the log file may be confusing. Unless you see a program name that you know should not be removed, don't worry about it. If you see an entry you want to keep, let me know about it.
• Copy and paste the contents of that logfile in your next reply.
• A copy of all logfiles are saved in the C:\AdwCleaner folder which was created when running the tool.

Using AdwCleaner v3: Scan & Clean:
Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool again.
Click on the Scan button.
AdwCleaner will begin to scan your computer like it did before.
After the scan has finished...
This time click on the Clean button.
Press OK when asked to close all programs and follow the onscreen prompts.
Press OK again to allow AdwCleaner to restart the computer and complete the removal process.
After rebooting, a logfile report (AdwCleaner[S#].txt) will open automatically (where the largest value of # represents the most recent report).
Copy and paste the contents of that logfile in your next reply.
A copy of that logfile will also be saved in the C:\AdwCleaner folder

Hi thanks for the screen shots,
I would uncheck these items from the startup section,

I would also see what No add-ons mode would do,
Add the Run box to the Start menu list you can also use Winkey+R to open the Run box,

I'd like you to scan your machine with ESET OnlineScan

Thanks very much for your help. I decided to do a reinstall of Windows 7 ult.
Now all problems are solved.
